Incident detection (during certain outdoor activities) and Assistance5 deliver messages and live location information to emergency contacts when connected to your smartphone.

Sync with the Garmin Connect app, a dynamic online community where you can see all your health and fitness information in one place. Mobile users may connect, compete, and share information in this app. See your stats and also track your goals using the app.

The Vivosmart is available in two band sizes: small and big. You’ll need to measure your wrist circumference to figure out which size to get: The small band fits wrists measuring 122-188 mm) and the big band fits wrist sizes ranging from 148-228 mm.
