Return Policy : within 10 days from delivery, if the scooter or bike is defective out of the box, we will at our sole discretion ship replacement parts or exchange the product if it is not repairable. Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you first received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
